About Branding Men

Branding Men Online is a leadership training course I created for men. I created all aspects of this course. This includes content writing, audio recording, video recording, lighting, course design, course layout, course website, video production, video editing and aspects of website development. I incorporated Amazon S3 hosting, Vimeo video hosting, Wistia video hosting, website hosting,  Stripe implementation and a secure plugin to protect all site content. The website was built from the ground level — from a design I created which was converted into a WordPress theme.

Project Timeline: June – September 2016
Cost: Minimal. Due to the fact that I created 95% of the course. Accrued costs are related to hosting and Facebook advertising
Complexity of implementation: Difficult
Results: Purchasing of the course and providing coaching services.

The Branding Men Online Leadership Training Course is primarily a video course. Above is an example of my sales/marketing pitch for the course which lead people to a 3-part video series and ultimately to the course sales page. The video pitch and 3-part video series was well received.

Course layout and design

A priority for me was to present the course website with a professional look and feel with a clean UI/UX navigation architecture for a pleasant experience.

Promotional graphic

It’s important for my audience to visualize the course in a common setting in which they may study the course. The example above is a coffee shop with laptop.

Promotional video introduction with message

The above video showcases the introduction graphic I created using Adobe After Affects. This introduction video intro is used on each video within the course and a few strategic videos as part of my promotional efforts. I believe It’s important for my audience to see themselves represented in everyday life as fathers, husbands, students and a varying demographic and multicultural – ethnic experience.
